Paul called today. He was friendly, helpful and courteous. He fixed the problem and leave our house clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend him and CS Boxall.

When my boiler broke down,an appointment was immediately made for the next day. The engineer arrived promptly and quickly found and fixed the problem. Both the office and engineer were very friendly and efficient and the service was exemplary.

Once again Colin and his team have surpassed themselves by completely remodelling our bathroom. They have done a fantastic job as usual. I have known Colin for 20 years and can highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness. Thrilled with the service provided by CS Boxall – new central heating boiler installed on time and the engineers were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

Today Alan from Boxall’s came to our house to replace an outside tap which I had inadvertently damaged. He carried out the work efficiently and cheerfully, and answered my questions patiently without treating me like an idiot even though my knowledge of plumbing is very limited! I had every confidence in him and will use Boxall’s again.

The Engineer very polite and helpful , only problem we had was length of time we had to wait for the pump, a week, your supplier did not deliver to yourselves.

I am writing on behalf of Cowbridge Comprehensive School to thank you for your kind donation towards the recent Netball Tour to Marbella. The girls all worked hard to fundraise towards new playing kit, and together with your generosity all thirty pupils on the tour were presented with new Netball tracksuits. The tracksuits were emblazed with your logo for advertising and I have enclosed a photograph for your records.

Throughout the tour Netball was played to an extremely high standard and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding experience for all the pupils; one I am sure they will never forget.
